Many doctors advise their patients to avoid sitting all together for the first 2 weeks post-op. Please follow instructions given by your doctor. Otherwise, the Curve Cure Cushion can be used during your full recovery. Most patients use the Cushion for 3 months.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not issue returns/refunds on products that have been opened or used, as we cannot resell these products for hygienic reasons. You will be charged a $60 handling/restocking fee for all orders that are changed or cancelled after they have already been processed and fulfilled.
To complete your return/refund, follow these steps:
1.Send us a message through the contact form on our website to tell us why you wish to return the goods. In the message, you must also include your order number, and a tracking number for your products being shipped back to us. You will pay for shipping of the goods back to us. You must provide a tracking number.
2.Send the goods to us with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase (showing you purchased the item/s). Send your goods to: Curve Cure, 3525 Del Mar Heights Rd. #170, San Diego, California, 92130.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. If the product has been opened or used, we will not issue a refund. If you have returned an opened or used product, you will forfeit your item and not receive a refund. We are not responsible for products lost or stolen in the mail. If you have not followed all of the above steps, you will also not receive a refund.
4.If you are approved for a return/refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, after we have officially approved your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact form.
You assume the responsibility of ordering the proper size. Please ensure that you are using the sizing chart appropriately, and working with your surgeon to determine the correct size for you.
